Free shipping on every order
All orders ship free anywhere in the United States. No minimum, no catch.

Fast processing
We pack and ship orders as quickly as possible, usually within 1 business day of your order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after they ship.

Shipping confirmation
You'll get an email as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including P.O. boxes. We don't ship internationally at this time.

Wrong address?
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us at rallytallypickleball@gmail.com right away and we'll do our best to fix it before your order ships. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Damaged, lost, or late orders
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't show up within 7 days of the expected delivery date, email us and we'll send a replacement or a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
