Refund Policy: Love It or Your Money Back

We want you to love Rally Tally. If you don't, we'll make it right.

Our guarantee
If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll give you a full refund. No return required. Keep it, pass it to a friend, or donate it.

How to request a refund
Email us at rallytallypickleball@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• The name on the order
• A quick note on what didn't work for you (optional, but it helps us improve)

When you'll get your money
Refunds go back to your original payment method. We process them within 2 business days of your request. Depending on your bank, it may take another 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Damaged or missing orders
If your order arrives damaged or never shows up, email us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

The fine print
This guarantee covers orders placed on rallytallypickleball.com. Orders from Amazon or other marketplaces follow that marketplace's return policy. We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of clear abuse, such as repeated refund requests across multiple orders.
